Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Effective date: February 3, 2026

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Garg Reservations and the customer organization ("Customer"). It applies when Garg Reservations processes personal data on behalf of Customer.

Roles

Customer is the data controller. Garg Reservations is the data processor.

Processing Details

Subject matter: Hospitality operations, reservations, and guest management.
Duration: For the term of the subscription and as required for backup/retention.
Categories of data: Guest contact data, reservation data, staff user data.
Purpose: Provide the Service and related support.

Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors to deliver the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing). A current list is available upon request.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and backups appropriate to the risk.

Data Subject Requests

Customer is responsible for handling data subject requests. We will provide reasonable assistance upon request.

International Transfers

Where applicable, we use standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
