Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Garg Reservations platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure.
You must ensure staff access is limited to authorized users.
You must provide accurate and current information.

Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is based on hotel count, room count, and optional channel manager usage. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
No uploading PHI or other regulated data without written approval.

Data & Content

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process guest data.

Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur. Support is provided via email and in-app channels as available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Garg Reservations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
