The model
A room and a whole house are the same object.
Most systems make you choose. A hotel PMS cannot represent a cottage you let whole; a short-term-rental tool cannot represent eight king rooms that are interchangeable until someone checks in. Kanha models both as property → unit type → unit, so one board runs a 60-room hotel and one Airbnb without pretending either is the other.
