Terms of Service

Last updated September 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of Kanha, the property management service at this site (“the Service”). By creating a workspace or signing in you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your workspace and your team

A workspace belongs to the business that created it. Its owner controls who can sign in, what each role may do, and when access ends. You are responsible for the people you add, for keeping sign-in codes and passwords private, and for everything done under your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

2. Your guests’ data

You decide what guest information to record, and you are the controller of it. You confirm that you collect it lawfully, that you tell your guests how it is used, and that you will honour their requests about it. We process it only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Payments

Guest card payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account, which you connect to the Service; Stripe’s terms apply to those payments and to payouts. Kanha retains a platform fee on card transactions, shown in your workspace. Your subscription to the Service is billed separately, to the plan you choose, and can be changed or cancelled from Billing at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful lodging operations.
  • Do not probe, overload or interfere with the Service or other workspaces.
  • Do not send unsolicited email through the Service.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice where the change affects how you work. Support is available from the Get help page in your workspace.

6. Suspension and termination

You may close your workspace at any time from Billing. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms, that is unpaid after notice, or where required by law. On closure you may export your data first; afterwards it is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the workspace at least fourteen days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms go through the Get help page in your workspace, or to the contact address on the home page.
